Off-Campus Housing Fairs

Meet multiple property managers and community resources in one place at our various housing fairs offered throughout the year. At these free events for UMN students, you can speak with exhibitors including off-campus property managers, University Housing & Residential Life, University Student Legal Service, and representatives from other community resources while snacking on free food. 

Renter Workshops

Student Legal Service offers renter education workshops throughout the year. In these sessions, you’ll learn more about tenant rights and responsibilities, where to find rental listings, what to look for in a lease, how to protect your security deposit, and other essential information you should know before renting.
